Standard (Local) Delivery Timings

If your order consists of only in-stock item:
Most in-stock items will be dispatch within 48 hours of ordering during business days, however, some orders may take a longer time to process. Should an item be back ordered, or an unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified as soon as possible.

If your order includes pre-order items:
Your order will be dispatch when your whole order is complete. 
Please contact us if you wish to opt for partial shipping of the in-stock items in your order. 

Self Collection (Singapore only)

You may also opt for free self-collection services at our retail outlet:

• The Bag Creature @ 57 Joo Chiat Place, Singapore 427781
• 11:00am to 6.30pm (Monday to Saturday)

Once your order has reached our store, you will receive an email notifying you that it is ready for self-collection.

For Singapore Customers

• Free local delivery on orders SGD$50 and above.
• SGD$5.00 shipping fee on orders under SGD$50.
• Most in-stock items will reach you within 02-05 business days.
• An email with the tracking details will be sent to you once the order is packed.
• A second delivery would be made to you should you be unavailable to receive your parcel when the delivery is first attempted. Subsequently, if the delivery fails, your parcel will be sent back to our warehouse.
• Our courier may contact you to arrange and confirm the delivery. Kindly ensure the contact number you provide at the check-out page is accurate.
• Please note that if there are more than two items in a single order, you may receive your items separately. However, they should not be more than 3 business day apart. 

For Malaysia Customers

• Free Malaysia Delivery for orders above SGD$100 (Approx. RM300)
• Most in-stock items will reach you within 10 business days
• An email with the tracking details will be sent to you once the order is packed.
• A second delivery would be made to you should you be unavailable to receive your parcel when the delivery is first attempted. Subsequently, if the delivery fails, your parcel will be sent back to our warehouse
• Our courier may contact you to arrange and confirm the delivery. Kindly ensure the contact number you provide at the check-out page is accurate. 
• Do note that import tax might be incurred when the parcel reaches your local customs. Payment of import tax is to be made by consumers to their local customs.

For Indonesia Customers

• Free Indonesia Delivery for orders above SGD$150 (Approx. IDR1,500,000)
• Most in-stock items will reach you within 10 business days
• An email with the tracking details will be sent to you once the order is packed.
• A second delivery would be made to you should you be unavailable to receive your parcel when the delivery is first attempted. Subsequently, if the delivery fails, your parcel will be sent back to our warehouse
• Our courier may contact you to arrange and confirm the delivery. Kindly ensure the contact number you provide at the check-out page is accurate. 
• Do note that import tax might be incurred when the parcel reaches your local customs. Payment of import tax is to be made by consumers to their local customs.
